Mr. Wayne M. Leatherman, Perrysburg's first Municipal Court Judge, practices in the areas of estate planning, probate, real estate, taxation and representation of business clients.

Mr. Earl N. Witzler joined Mr. Leatherman in 1956. His practice was primarily devoted to the areas of estate planning and probate law. Mr. Witzler retired from full-time practice in 1994.

Todd Hamilton Noll joined the firm in 1987 after five years with the Wood County Prosecuting Attorney's Office. He is a graduate of Ohio University and the University of Toledo College of Law. Mr. Noll is licensed to practice law in both Ohio and Florida. Mr. Noll practices in the areas of personal injury/wrongful death, family law, criminal law, juvenile law, motor vehicle law, landlord/tenant, probate and contract law.

Mrs. Kay Leatherman Howard, a graduate of The University of Toledo and the University of Toledo College of Law, has worked with many of the area's major banking institutions. She now focuses her practice in the areas of estate planning, probate and taxation.

Paul Skaff joined the firm in 2000 after 3 years with the Ottawa County Prosecuting Attorney's Office. He is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati College of Business Administration and the University of Toledo College of Law. Mr. Skaff represents numerous governmental entities, and is an experienced litigator in many areas of law. His practice includes personal injury, probate, school law, criminal law, traffic law and taxation.
